Return Policy

Items can be returned to us via the following methods –

  • Return Via Courier – Please inform us if an item needs to be returned via email, Whatsapp or call us on +94777465865 and we will arrange for our courier to pick up the product from the initial delivery location.┬áIf the merchandise is not according to specifications (eg: wrong item/colour or Damaged) the courier charge will be waived off however in all other instances the courier charge will be applicable.
  • Return via Registered post – Please inform us prior to dropping off the product at the nearest post office. The item should be addressed to No.9A Maurice Place Colombo 05.
Returns should be made within 10 days in undamaged packaging with the tag intact. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we will be unable to accept the return.

 

Items Excluded From Returning or Exchanging

  • Items that have been worn
  • Items with tags removed
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
  • Must be free of human & animal/pet hair
  • Items with stains, breakage or damage of any form
  • Items not returned in original packaging

Merchandise is subject to our review and acceptance. TASH reserves the right to refuse returns and related refunds.
